Steve Olwin was an offensive guard for the Hardrocker football team from 1976-79 majoring in Mechanical Engineering from Los Alamos, New Mexico. Olwin was a four-year letter winner, two-time All-SDIC offensive lineman and an All-District 12 selection. The conclusion of his college career also brought him All-American Honorable Mention honors. He was also a team captain and “Hardrocker of the Year” in 1979 as well as an honor student.
