Dave Becker (1983-87) was a guard for the Hardrocker men’s basketball program who had breached the 1,000-point barrier before the start of his senior season and finished his career with 1,678 points as the seventh all-time scorer in Hardrocker men’s basketball history at the time of his induction.

Becker holds the record for most assists in a season (247) and held the school record for assists in a career, for a time, with 618 total. He was a two-time SDIC All-Conference First Team selection and member of three SDIC championship teams (83-84, 84-85, 85-86).
