Hardrockers Close Out Season In Spearfish On Friday

RAPID CITY, S.D. --- The South Dakota School of Mines women's volleyball team is set for its last match of the 2018 season as the Hardrockers take on Black Hills State University (8-16) Friday night  in Spearfish, SD.
The match is slated for a 7 p.m. (MST) start and can be viewed on the Hardrocker Network at StretchInternet at: https://portal.stretchinternet.com/sdsmt/ .

The two teams met earlier in the season, where Black Hills State swept the Lady 'Rockers 3-0. The Yellow Jackets enter the final match having won one of their last five matches, with losses against Adams State, Colorado Christian, Regis University and MSU Denver. Their lone win came most recently against Chadron State College --- BHSU was able to win that match 3-1.

The Yellow Jackets are led by redshirt senior middle hitter Sierra Stugelmeyer who has 155 kills and 186 points this season, and freshman outside hitter Jadie DeLange who has 165 kills and 181 points this season.
