COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Brycen Patten was named the RMAC Special Teams Player of the Week, highlighted by a 75 yard punt against Colorado School of Mines.
For the first time in his young career, Brycen Patten earned the RMAC Special Teams Player of the Week award.
Patten had five punts on Saturday for 231 yards and a 46.2 average. That included a 75 yard punt in the second quarter, the second-longest punt by any RMAC punter this season. He totaled two punts for more than 50 yards and two inside the 20 yard line.
He is the first Hardrocker to win a Special Teams Player of the Week award since
Connor Taylor on Nov. 4, 2024. Patten is the second winner of an RMAC award this season after
Lane Thomas won defensive honors last week.
