SPEARFISH, S.D., BISMARCK, N.D.  – The South Dakota Mines track and field team continued its season in split groups on Saturday with a group of student-athletes competing at Black Hills State at the Myrle Hanson Open, while the rest of the competitiors were at the University of Mary for the UMary Winter Classic.
 
The Hardrockers continue to see encouraging results as they posted 20 top 10 finishes along with an event win and 20 more personal bests. 
 
As a team, the men finished in third place while the women took fifth, scoring 117 and 46 points, respectively.
