Honors & Accomplishments:
  • 2x RMAC Outdoor All-Academic - Honor Roll (2022, 2023).
  • 2022-23 RMAC Indoor All-Academic - Honor Roll.
  • 2023 RMAC Cross Country All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2024 Outdoor (Junior): 
  • Competed in six meets.
  • Three top 10 finishes (1500m run).
  • Qualified for the RMAC Championships in the RMAC Championship.
2023-24 Indoor (Junior): 
  • Participated in four events.
  • Five top five finishes.
  • Finished in seventh as part of the distance medley relay team at the RMAC Championships.
2023 Cross Country (Junior):
  • Participated in the RMAC and South Central Regional Championships.
  • Finished in 10th at the Black Hills State XC Invite with a time of 19:42.2.
2023 Outdoor (Sophomore):
  • Set PRs in the 400m run (55.20 – USD Early Bird), the 800m run (2:00.02 – Loper Invitational), and the 1500m run (4:03.51 – USD Early Bird).
2022-23 Indoor (Sophomore):
  • Competed in the 800m run, the mile, the 4x 400 relay and the distance medley relay.
  • Set a PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (4:23.44).
  • Ran as the first leg for the distance medley relay at the RMAC Championships, setting a school record.
2022 Cross Country (Sophomore):
  • Competed in four races (6K – once, 8K – 3 times).
  • PR in the 6K at the Gage McSpadden Memorial (20:43.2).
  • Ran at the RMAC Championships.
2022 Outdoor (Freshman):
  • Competed in three meets, participating in the 800m run, 1500m run and the 5K.
  • Recorded a PR in the 5K at the Bauer Open (16:12.79).
2021-22 Indoor (Freshman):
  • Competed at one meet in the mile and the 3000m run.
  • PR in the 3000m run at the Dave Little Alumni Mile (9:39.41).
2021 Cross Country (Freshman):
  • Competed in five meets (6K – 1 time, 8K – 3 times, 10K – 1 time).
  • PR in the 8K at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open (26:56.8).
  • Competed at the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
