Women's Basketball Announces 24-25 Slate

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The South Dakota Mines Women's basketball team officially released their schedule on Tuesday afternoon.
 
The Hardrockers have a difficult schedule that includes five teams who qualified for the NCAA tournament in 2023-24.
 
The Hardrockers start with a non-conference schedule that includes the annual conference challenge, playing two games in Odessa, Texas hosted by Texas Permian Basin playing them on Nov. 8 followed by West Texas A&M on Nov. 9. The first home stand of the season follows as South Dakota Mines welcomes Sioux Falls, Northern State and Minnesota Crookston on the 15th, 16th and the 22nd. A trip to Alaska follows as South Dakota Mines plays at Alaska Anchorage on back-to-back days to close out the month of November on the 29th and 30th.
 
The Hardrockers open up RMAC play with the basketbrawl matchup between SDM and Black Hills State is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 3 at the King Center. Chadron State is on the docket for Dec. 5. Two more games are scheduled prior to the holiday break as South Dakota Mines is schedule to meet up with Colorado Christian on December 12 followed by CSU Pueblo on December 14.
 
Following the break, the Hardrockers welcome MSU Denver and Colorado School of Mines on Jan 9 and 11, before heading to Fort Lewis and Adams State on the 16th and 18th. A three-game home stand wraps up the month with Western Colorado, Westminster and Chadron State headed to the King Center for matchups on the 23rd, 25th and 28th of January.
 
In February, the second matchup, this time on the road, with Black Hills State begins the month, followed by home games against UCCS and Colorado Christian. A road trip follows as the Hardrockers head to Regis on Feb. 13 followed by MSU Denver on the 15th, prior to Feb. 20 and 22 matchups with Colorado Mesa and Western Colorado.   
 
The last two games of the regular season follow at the King Center as the 'Rockers take on New Mexico Highlands on Feb. 27 followed by Fort Lewis on March 1.
 
The RMAC Championships are set to be played with the quarterfinals at home sites on March 4 with semifinals and finals to be played on March 7 and 8 at the location of the regular season champion.
