RAPID CITY - The Helpline Center and Black Hills Urgent Care are pleased to announce that
Kyante Christian has been named the October 2022 Volunteer of the Month. Kyante was nominated by the Dr. Johnica Morrow to receive the award.

Kyante is the president and co-founder of the Hardrocker Ally Association, which was established in the fall of 2020. Kyante volunteers regularly during the semesters while he is on campus. The Hardrocker Ally Association has been doing amazing work in our community including building relationships and bridges between members of the community and our campus. He has led the Hardrocker Ally Association in working with RCPD, supporting youth in the community, and organizing efforts to help the local homeless population. He has a big heart and has impacted a great deal of people in his short time as the leader of the organization he helped to found.

Helpline Center and Black Hills Urgent Care and Surgical Hospital presented Kyante with a Volunteer of the Month certificate, a letter from Mayor Allender, and gifts from Black Hills Urgent Care and Surgical Hospital as a thank you for his volunteer service.
