RAPID CITY, S.D. — South Dakota Mines Athletics has announced a new partnership with vivenu, a global ticketing technology company, to provide a modernized and streamlined ticketing experience for Hardrocker fans.
Beginning with the 2026-27 athletic season, vivenu will serve as South Dakota Mines Athletics' ticketing platform, providing fans with an enhanced way to purchase, manage and access tickets for Hardrocker athletic events.
The partnership is part of South Dakota Mines' continued effort to improve the overall fan experience and create a more seamless process from purchasing a ticket to arriving at the venue.
"Providing our fans with a simple, modern and reliable ticketing experience is extremely important to us," Athletics Director David Crum said. "Our partnership with vivenu gives us the technology and flexibility to better serve our fans while continuing to elevate the overall Hardrocker gameday experience."
Vivenu's ticketing platform is designed to provide organizations with flexible, digital-first ticketing solutions while giving fans an intuitive purchasing experience across devices.
Through the new partnership, Hardrocker fans will be able to purchase tickets online, manage their tickets digitally and access event information through the new South Dakota Mines ticketing platform.
The partnership will include ticketing for South Dakota Mines athletic events, with additional opportunities to enhance the fan experience and ticketing operations throughout the relationship.
