RAPID CITY, S.D. – South Dakota Mines Hardrocker fans have a more convenient way to buy tickets and store them digitally during the 2021–2022 men's and women's basketball season this year thanks to a continual partnership with HomeTown Ticketing. HomeTown will provide complete digital ticketing and event management platforms for this year's upcoming basketball season as well as the remainder of the football and volleyball seasons.
The transition to digital ticketing will result in a reliable and simple experience for Hardrocker fans and allow school staff to more easily and effectively manage all public events that require tickets for entry.
"Hometown Tickets has a great Fan App that allows ticket holders to keep track of all your tickets and passes all on your smart phone," said Hardrocker Associate Athletic Director of Ticketing and Marketing

Fans can purchase tickets through the app or from the website and the app will keep track and store them on the app. The goal is to streamline the process and get our fans into events quickly so they don't miss out on any of the pregame activities. This app is a useful tool."

www.gorockers.com or by downloading the HomeTown Fan App. The HomeTown Fan App will allow guests to manage their entire ticketing experience on most iOS or Android mobile devices. Fans can:
- Search for local events by school name and school zip code.
- Choose their favorite schools and organizations to keep updated on the events.
- Purchase and access tickets from their smartphone or mobile device, making easy to review purchases and access tickets.
- Enter the events. All tickets and passes can be scanned directly from the app enter events, providing for touchless redemption.
