RAPID CITY, S.D. – South Dakota Mines Cross Country and head coach Joe Stephens have announced the 2026 schedule, highlighted by two home meets.

The Hardrockers start the season on Sep. 11 at the Gage McSpadden Memorial Invite in Sturgis, South Dakota. They will host the annual Bauer XC Classic on Sep. 18 at Hart Ranch.

After their home meet, the Rockers will head east to the Holiday Inn Express Classic in Sioux Center, Iowa. To close out the regular season, South Dakota Mines will compete at the Mount Marty XC Invitational on Oct. 22.

South Dakota Mines is set to host the RMAC Championship at Hart Ranch on Nov. 7. The NCAA DII South Central Regional is slated for Nov. 21 in Lubbock, Texas, and the NCAA DII Championship will be on Dec. 4 in Lawrence, Kansas.
