COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – This morning, the RMAC selected its all-academic team for men's and women's indoor track & field.
South Dakota Mines had five male selections and one female.
The top six performers in each event at the RMAC Championships earn all-conference honors. The top three finishers are selected for the first team, and the fourth through sixth place finishers are named for the second team. The lone exception is relay events, where the first place finishers are first team selections and the second place finishers are second team selections.
On the men's side,
Augustus Fink (weight throw),
Cooper Stevens (shot put),
Cole Storlie (pole vault),
Aidan Thompson (heptathlon), and
Michael Thompson (high jump) earned second team honors.
For the females,
Adisyn Schenck earned a second team honor in the shot put.
