Track & Field Heads to Golden to Compete in Kit Mayer Classic

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The South Dakota Mines outdoor track and field team heads to Golden, Colorado this weekend to compete at the Kit Mayer Classic hosted by Colorado School of Mines. 
 
LAST TIME OUT 
Aidan Thompson, Laine Mannes, Adisyn Schenck, and Abby Krumpus highlighted the meet with Thompson and Mannes setting school records. Thompson in the decathlon, winning the event with 6,463 points, while Mannes broke the steeplechase school record at 12:10.65.
 
Schenck won the javelin and tied for first in the shot put, while Krumpus took first place in the long jump.
