PUEBLO, Colo. – The South Dakota Mines women's golf team finished up the Southern Colorado Open tournament in Pueblo on Tuesday.
As a team, the Hardrockers placed in 11th, finishing ahead of RMAC foes, Black Hills State and Chadron State.
Kenzie Schroeder was the top finisher for the women as she finished +9, including an outstanding -1 on Monday. She recorded a top-15 finish overall.
Kyra Allen posted a consistent +9 in the first and second round to finish in the top 50.
Marin Keller and
Lora Ortega posted +30 and +31 scores.
Wrapping up the team was
Portia Lenczowski, finishing at +37.
Playing as indivduals were
Taylor Ullen and
Megan Alexander and they finished +32 and +40.
UP NEXT
Both golf teams are back in action on Monday and Tuesday of next week, scheduled to play in the Hardrocker Spring Invite on March 31st and April 1st.
