COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – On Wednesday afternoon, the RMAC selected its all-academic team for men's basketball.
Keagen Smith earned first team honors, while four others were named to the honor roll.
Requirements for a selection to the first team are to have completed the previous semester with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above and have completed two consecutive semesters at the institution, while the honor roll has similar requirements but a 3.3 GPA.
Smith earns recognition on the all-academic team for the fourth straight season with this selection, while it's his first selection to the first team. Smith finished up his career, averaging double figure points and joining the 1,000-point club where he stands as the #27 scorer in school history.
Guillem Garcia,
Abel Hutchinson,
Jasper Reinalda, and
Guido Wanschelbaum were all honor roll selections.
Hutchinson and Reinalda repeat their selections from 2023-24, while Garcia and Wanschelbaum were selected for the first time in their first season of eligibility.
