Volleyball Selected Program Best 4th in RMAC Preseason Poll

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – On Wednesday afternoon, the RMAC announced its 2024 volleyball preseason poll.

The RMAC preseason volleyball coaches' poll is voted on by the league's 15 head coaches, who are not allowed to vote for their own teams.

In the poll, South Dakota Mines received a total of 143 points for their most ever, also earning a program best 4th in the standings.

The Hardrockers are searching to build off a season in which they qualified, hosted and won an RMAC playoff game.

Everyone returns for the team as there were no graduations or transfers. Three All-RMAC selections return in Alessandra Meoni, Ivy Vindivich and Kiley Metzger. Meoni also received all-region and all-american honors.

The Hardrockers open the 2024 season with two tournaments, beginning on Sept. 5 hosted by Augustana and Sept. 13 hosted by Black Hills State.
