RAPID CITY – S.D. – The women's golf team opened its home tournament on a windy Wednesday in a triangular with Chadron State, South Dakota Mines and Black Hills State.
The Hardrockers sit in second place among the three squads but in striking distance of Chadron State who sits in first.
Several strong performances came from SDM as
Addiley Lloyd (81),
Rianna Garland (84),
Mya Maxwell (85),
Annika Schooler (86) sit in second, sixth, and ties for seventh and ninth. Wrapping up the team was
Kenzie Schroeder with a 91 to sit in T17.
Playing as individuals were
Allison Kahler,
Kyra Allen,
Julia Sabetti and
Taylor Ullen and were able to put together some great performances in their own right. Kahler shot an 82 to currently sit in third. Allen, Sabetti and Ullen shot 89, 90 and 102 and are in a tie for 12th and 21st heading into the final 18 holes on Thursday.
