LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. – The women's golf team teed off its season at the SMSU Spring Invitatiuonal over the past two days.
With 12 teams in competition, the Hardrockers started their season off well, finishing seventh.
Rianna Garland led them team with a top 5 finish, taking home fourth with a two day 149, finishing Tuesday with a 75.
Annika Schooler posted an 80 on day two, finishing just outside the top 20 at 22.
Kenzie Schroeder posted 82 over both days to finish in 35th with a 164.
Allison Kahler and
Mya Maxwell wrapped up the team, finishing in 84th and 90th, shooting two day scores of 170 and 182.
Playing as indiviudals were
Addiley Lloyd and
Kyra Allen who both played well, finishing with 161 and 162 in 30th and 32nd.
The Hardrockers have Wednesday off, before competing in Litchfield Park and the Wigwam Resort again on Thursday and Friday in the SMSU Challenge.
