RAPID CITY, S.D. --- The South Dakota Mines women's golf team is headed to Salt Lake City, Utah to compete in the D2 54 for IX tournament.
The tournament will be played at the Glenmoor Golf Club and hosted by Westminster. Teams involved include Biola University, Sonoma State University, Dominican University of California, MSU Denver, Regis University, Colorado Mesa, Cameron University, Colorado Christian, as well as the host school, and South Dakota Mines.
The Hardrockers are looking to build upon their recent team win at the Hardrocker Fall Invite at the Golf Club at Red Rock in Rapid City and will take two teams and nine total golfers to Utah.
The Navy team for South Dakota Mines will include
Annika Schooler,
Rianna Garland,
Lora Ortega,
Mya Maxwell, and
Kenzie Schroeder. The white team will have
Allison Kahler,
Addiley Lloyd,
Kyra Allen, and
Taylor Ullen.
The White team will begin teeing off with
Taylor Ullen at 8:00 a.m. and going every nine minutes, while the Navy team will begin with
Kenzie Schroeder at 8:45 a.m. Both teams will tee off on the 10th hole.
The tournament is scheduled for 18 holes on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
