RAPID CITY, S.D. --- The men's and women's Cross Country teams are in Minneapolis on Friday, competing in one of the bigger cross country meet is the region and the nation.

Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. will see the gun fire for the beginning of the Roy Griak Invitational held annually by the University of Minnesota. The Division II men's race begins at 11:30 a.m., while the Division II women's race will begin at 12:15 p.m.

This event is large and will likely feature over 400 athletes from dozens of institutions. South Dakota Mines will look to continue their recent run of success after their women won in their last time out and men placed second.
