RAPID CITY, S.D. --- The South Dakota Mines soccer team went to Denver to complete the first of 3 games on the road in the Denver area over the next few days, taking on MSU Denver.
The matchup was a well-contested one with the two teams going into the locker rooms tied at 0 at half.
In the second half, MSU Denver outshot the Hardrockers 9-2 and we able to find the net twice, enough to come away with a 2-0 victory after goals by Aidan Bates and Eduardo Gentile in the 51st and 84th minutes.

The Hardrockers are on the road again on Sunday taking on Colorado School of Mines.
