COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – South Dakota Mines Soccer has picked up a program record five postseason awards from the RMAC, highlighted by Lucas Miranda winning the Co-Freshman of the Year award.

Lucas Miranda was named the Co-Freshman of the Year and earned Honorable Mention All-RMAC honors. Miranda was second on the team and seventh in the RMAC with 21 points this season. He scored 10 goals for the Rockers this season, tied for the second-most in a season in program history. Miranda put up a two-goal game twice this season and had a shot in 15 of his 18 games played.

Miranda is the first RMAC Freshman of the Year honoree and overall major award winner in program history for the Hardrockers.

After earning Second Team All-RMAC honors last season, Nickolas North improved to the First Team in 2026. North put up 24 points this season, the most on the team and third-most in the conference. He recorded nine goals and six assists, along with 44 shots and 26 shots on goal. Against Adams State on Sept. 20, North dished out three assists, the most in a single game in program history.

North's award marks the first-ever first team all-conference member in program history.

Shon West earned a spot on the All-RMAC Second Team. West played in 1,399 minutes with all 18 starts on defense. Highlighted by his long throw, West led the RMAC and ranks third in NCAA DII with 10 total assists. He also scored his first NCAA goal in the Rockers RMAC Tournament quarterfinals match against Fort Lewis on Nov. 2.

Rider Grow was also named to the All-RMAC Second Team. After missing four games at the beginning of the season due to injury, Grow earned 13 starts with 1,163 minutes played.
