RAPID CITY, S.D. --- The South Dakota Mines Soccer team was at CSU Pueblo on Friday night and was unable to get back on the winning track.
In the first half CSU Pueblo scored two goals, taking that lead into the locker room.
The Hardrockers however, would find the back of the net early in the second half on
George Martinez' first goal of the season and the Hardrockers would continue to try to even up the game but would be unable to, falling 2-1.
The loss brings the Hardrockers record to 1-8-2 overall and 0-3 in conference play.
The Hardrockers will be back at it on Sunday at UCCS, looking to end a three-game losing streak.
