COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. --- On Monday morning, the RMAC announced their 2022 cross country preseason polls.
The RMAC preseason cross country coaches' polls are voted on by the league's 15 head coaches, who are not allowed to vote for their own teams.
In the men's poll, South Dakota Mines received a total of 47 points, placing thirteenth.
The Hardrockers new head coach
Joe Stephens hopes to become a factor in the RMAC with a solid base of returners and several newcomers.
The Hardrockers have an intersquad scrimmage on Sept. 3 at Robbinsdale Park prior to their season opener on Sept. 9 in Spearfish for the Gage McSpadden Memorial hosted by Black Hills State.
