PUEBLO, Colo. --- The South Dakota Mines track and field teams finished up the RMAC Championships on Sunday.

The men's team finished in 9th place overall, scoring 27 points, meanwhile, the women finished in 10th place with 29 points.

Over the three days, the Hardrockers received 6 all-conference performances. On Day 1,
Tim Dunham and
Macy McClure achieved the accomplishment with Dunham setting a school record in the 10K. His time of 31:15.81 earned his second team all-conference as well as qualifying him for nationals. McClure earned a first-team spot, throwing 51.44m in the hamer throw.

On Day 2 the Hardrockers received all-conference performances from
Travis Kleinsasser and
Aidan Thompson.

Kleinsasser set a new school record in the Decathlon, scoring 6,241 points on his way to second place in the event and a spot as a first team all-conference member.

Thompson wasn't too far behind, finishing fourth in the same event and breaking the previous school record. He scored 6,111 points to get a second team all-conference nod.

On Day three, the Hardrockers added two more all-conference performers with
Kamryn Scully and
Jenna Sayler finishing 4th (1:03.80), and 5th (12.27m) in the 400m hurdles and the shotput to each earn second team recognition.
Jaycie Stubbs won the women's javelin event with a throw of 39.43 meters to move her up to #2 on the Hardrocker Top-10. It was her second consecutive RMAC Championship in the event.

Overall, 6 new Hardrocker Top-10 Marks were set by Dunham (10K), Kleinsasser (Decathlon), Stubbs (javelin), Thompson (decathlon),
Allyson Heiden (10K, 42:32.29, PR, #7), and
Olivia Jurrens (Hammer Throw, 43.03m, #10)

In addition, new PR's were set by
Adeline Wilson,
Eli Barbot, and
Amanda Cooley in the 800m Run (2:33.85), 400m hurdles (58.24), and hammer throw (42.38m) over three days.
