Hardrockers Bring Limited Squad to Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS, Colo. --- The South Dakota Mines track and field teams finished up the outdoor regular season in Fort Collins with a last chance meet at Colorado State University.

The Hardrockers brought a limited number of athletes still looking for qualification for the conference championships in Spearfish next weekend.

Jade Cass and
Isaac Orozco were able to solidify their spots in the high jump and the 400 m dash.
Ian Cone improved upon his outdoor numbers in the shot put to solidify his spot.
Reid Kaiser improved in the discus, setting a PR and landing him at 22 in the RMAC, earning him a spot there pending other results around the conference.

Abbie Van Ruler was able to solidify her spot in the hammer throw.
