DENVER, Colo. --- The South Dakota Mines cross country teams posted a pair of top-20 finishes at the Regional Championships, with the men taking 14th and women taking 19th.

Tyler Captain,
Zach Hentschel, and
Brett Flerchinger posted top-75 finishes on the men's side finishing in 64th, 65th and 73rd. They ran in times of 33:20.60, 33:22.40, and 33:38.30.
Owen Wagner also finishined in 78th, running a time of 33:55.30.

Clare Fischer finished in 75th, running a time of 24:13.20 to help the women finish in 19th.
Abbie Saline ran a time of 24:51.90.

This wraps up the Cross Country season for the Hardrockers. They will now look towards the indoor track & field season, which opens up on Dec. 2 & 3 as they head to Black Hills State.

The Hardrockers compete at the South Central Region Championships in two weekends on Saturday, November 19. Â
