Hardrockers Host Pair, Looking to get into Playoff Position

RAPID CITY, S.D. --- The Hardrocker volleyball team is in action on Friday and Saturday hosting Fort Lewis and Western Colorado as they look to move into the RMAC playoff picture.

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

1. The Hardrockers, are one game back of a spot in the RMAC playoffs and looking to string together some wins.
2. The Hardrockers have been playing their best volleyball of the year recently, defeating Colorado Christian, sweeping Westminster, then battling #19 Colorado Mesa.
3. South Dakota Mines is sitting in the middle of the pack in the RMAC in hitting percentage (8th) assists (9th) Kills (9th) and blocks (8th).
4. On the defensive end, the Hardrockers do a good job of keeping the ball off the floor as they are fifth in the RMAC in digs, averaging 15.16/set and have a total of 1,046.
5. The Hardrockers have allowed the sixth least aces in the RMAC and the seventh least assists.
