Grubby Games Scheduled for this Weekend

RAPID CITY, S.D. --- On Saturday, November 6, and Sunday, November 7, the Hardrocker Esports program will hosting their 4th Annual Grubby Games in conjunction with The South Dakota Mines Gaming & Esports Student Organization.
 
This event will take place in Fraser Gym housed in the King Center on the South Dakota Mines campus.
 
This event is free to attend and is open to the public as well as students, faculty and staff at South Dakota Mines. Doors will open at noon on Saturday and is scheduled to conclude at noon on Sunday.

  • Kahoot Trivia Competitions
  • BYO Tabletop & DnD (Dungeons and Dragons) One-Shots
  • And more!
 
In addition, the Hardrockers will be participating in the Children's Miracle Network Extra Life campaign to help raise funds for injured and sick children in the community.
 
Esports coordinator Mike Vander Heyden had the following comment, "through the generosity of the community last year we were able to raise $1,000 for the children and monument health.
