RAPID CITY, S.D. – South Dakota Mines Soccer will close out non-conference play this weekend at Colorado School of Mines on Friday at 6 p.m., followed by a home contest with Adams State on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Series History

Against Colorado School of Mines, the Orediggers have dominated the Hardrockers, leading the all-time series 12-0. Last season, the Orediggers upended the Rockers seven-game unbeaten streak with a 5-1 win. Nickolas North scored the Hardrockers goal.

South Dakota Mines is 5-6-5 against Adams State. The Hardrockers have won the last two matchups and are unbeaten in seven of the last eight games. Last season, they topped the Grizzlies 4-2 in their first meeting and 5-1 in the second game. North recorded three goals between both games.

About the Orediggers

Colorado School of Mines is winless with an 0-5-2 record through seven contests. In the last week, they fell 1-2 to Dallas Baptist at home and drew Adams State 0-0 in Alamosa, Colorado.

Murray Peart, who is second on the team with 524 minutes, has one goal and an assist this season. He also has six shots on goal and 11 total shots. Kiernan DiBella started in goal for the Orediggers this week.

About the Grizzlies

Adams State comes into this game with a 1-3-1 record with their lone win over Wayland Baptist last Saturday. They had lost their previous three games against West Texas A&M, Lubbock Christian and Oklahoma Panhandle State.
