RAPID CITY, S.D. – South Dakota Mines Soccer dropped two games over the weekend at Colorado School of Mines and at home against Regis.
Match 1: Hardrockers at Colorado School of Mines, 1-5 L
In the RMAC opener for both teams, Colorado School of Mines downed South Dakota Mines 5-1 in Golden, Colorado.
Both teams got off to a fast start as the Orediggers recorded four shots in the first seven minutes.
Jacob Miklas was saved in the 19
th minute by Kiernan DiBella. Noah Roles made it 1-0 for the Orediggers in the 25
th minute. That score held at halftime.
After Marc Levin made the score 2-0,

Nickolas North to score in the 56
th minute. With a one goal deficit,
Alvin Udoto missed a penalty kick in the 59
th minute and the Orediggers scored three minutes later. They would go on to score two more goals and win 5-1 over the Hardrockers.
North and Miklas both had one shot on goal for South Dakota Mines.
Even Henriksen totaled two shots.
Abdo Salem Abdullah recorded three saves against the Orediggers.
Match 2: Hardrockers vs. Regis, 1-3 L
South Dakota Mines opened the home slate of RMAC play on Sunday but fell 1-3 to Regis at Dakota Fields.
With the wind at their back, the Hardrockers got on the board in the 31
st minute. North scored another goal, this time assisted by
Bergen Loveless. It was North's seventh goal of the 2025 season.
Dominic Delka was saved in the 41
st minute as the Hardrockers went into halftime with a 1-0 lead.
The Rangers got on the board in the 52
nd minute with a goal from Jason Robles. Regis took the lead in the 75
th minute and extended their lead to 3-1 in the 88
th minute to defeat the Hardrockers.
North scored the lone goal for the Hardrockers with his two shots and one shot on goal. Delka also had a shot on goal. Abdullah recorded one save against the Rangers.
With the losses, South Dakota Mines moved to 5-2-2 and 0-2 in the RMAC.
What's Next
The Hardrockers continue their three-game homestand this week with a match against UCCS on Thursday at 5 p.m. They will welcome CSU Pueblo on Sunday at 1 p.m.
