Box Score MITCHELL, S.D. – The South Dakota Mines soccer team headed east within the state of South Dakota for a matchup with NAIA, Dakota Wesleyan.
The match was a defensive one and was competitive with both teams recording just one and two shots on goal for the Hardrockers and the Tigers.
Unfortunately, it was the Tigers that found the net, however, with Dakota Wesleyan scoring early in the second half to take a 1-0 lead and that would be the only goal of the game and Dakota Wesleyan won 1-0.
