A new RMAC cycle begins after that with a visit from New Mexico Highlands for homecoming, prior to a trip to Fort Lewis to close the month of September.
The month of October begins a tough stretch as it starts with the Black Hills Brawl at O'Harra Stadium on Oct. 5, followed by trips to the two top teams in the RMAC the past few years in Colorado School of Mines and Western Colorado on Oct. 12 and Oct. 19. The Hardrockers come back home for a matchup with CSU Pueblo on Oct. 26.
The short month of November includes two road games at Chadron State and Adams State on the second and 16th, with senior day and the final home game against Colorado Mesa on Nov. 9.
