RAPID CITY, S.D --- The South Dakota School of Mines Men's soccer has been on the road the last four games and are looking forward to a home game Friday night at Sioux Park in Rapid City, S.D.
The Hardrockers last home stand found them splitting against Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference opponents. The Hardrockers had a convincing 5-1 win over Colorado Christian back on Sept 15 and then suffered a crushing loss to Metro State University, 3-2, that saw 11 yellow cards and four penalty kicks.

The Hardrockers are 1-1-1 at home this season with five home games left to play. They have also scored eight goals in three games at Sioux Park Stadium and look to regain their form this weekend against a tough opponent in Regis University.

Regis University is 5-3 overall (3-3 RMAC) with big wins against Westminster College and MSU Denver. Leading the way for the Rangers is Will Eslinger with six goals on the season. The Hardrockers will have to look to shut down the attack of Regis if they want to get back on track.

The game is slated for a 6 p.m. start.

SD Mines will then hit the road and head back to Colorado to square off with fellow engineers, Colorado School of Mines. The No. 23 Orediggers are coming off a tough home loss to MSU Denver last Sunday before rebounding on Wednesday for a 1-0 victory over Regis. The Orediggers are now 8-3 (6-1 RMAC). Their attack is cruising along with their top performer, John Haist, tallying 11 goals and 2 assists on the season.

SD Mines and Colorado Mines are set to kickoff at 12 p.m. on Sunday.
