Box Score GOLDEN, Colo. – The South Dakota School of Mines men's soccer team had a difficult challenge Friday evening taking on Colorado Mines (5-3-1) in Golden, Colo., during a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference bout and despite putting up a good fight, the Hardrockers fell to their Colorado counterparts, 3-0.
SD Mines played a competitive first half trailing, 1-0, but the Orediggers broke down the 'Rockers defense in the second period notching two more goals to put the game out of reach.
Colorado Mines was the aggressors the whole game, taking 18 shots, eight on goal, while the Hardrockers recorded eight total shots, two on goal.

Lane Schroeder both had one shot on goal. Sophomore Kyle Doledovich played the entire game as goalkeeper and came away with four saves.
The Hardrockers fall to 0-8 on the season and 0-5 in the RMAC. SD Mines are back in action Sunday afternoon as SD Mines will finally have a home game, taking on Colorado Christian at Sioux Park Stadium in a 1 p.m. contest.
