Biography
Accomplishments:
- Set school record in the XC 8K, running 24:59.8 at MSU Billings.
- 3x RMAC Outdoor All-Academic – Honor Roll (2022, 2023, 2024).
- 2x RMAC Indoor All-Academic Honor Roll (2022-23, 2023-24).
- 2x RMAC Cross Country All-Academic Honor Roll selection (2022, 2023).
2024 Outdoor (Junior):
- Competed four times.
- Recorded a pair of top 10 finishes in the 5000m run at the Central Nebraska Challenge and the University of Central Missouri Mule Relays.
2023-24 Indoor (Junior):
- Participated in four meets.
- Recorded two top-10 finishes in the 3000m run (Dave Little Alumni Mile) and the mile run (Stinger Open).
2023 Cross Country (Junior):
- Competed in six races.
- Qualified for the South Central Region Championships.
- Recorded two top 20 finishes as the Wyoming and Black Hills State XC Invites.
- Set school record at MSU Billings with a time of 24:59.8.
2023 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Competed in the 10k (2 times), the 5k and the 1500m run.
- Set PRs in the 10k (Hardrocker top-10 mark) and the 1500m run.
- Recorded two top-5 finishes, one in the 10k and one in the 1500m run.
2022-23 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Competed in the mile, 3000m run, and 5k (3 times).
- Set Hardrocker top-10 marks in the 5k, 3000m run, and the mile.
- Won the 3000m run at the 2023 Dave Little Alumni Mile.
- Won the 5k at the 2022 Yellow Jacket Holiday Open.
2022 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Competed in 6 races (8k – 3 times, 6k, 10k, 4.97 mile).
- Recorded a personal best time in the 6K at the Gage McSpadden Memorial (19:16.7).
2022 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Competed in three events (1500m, 5k – 2 times).
- Finished in the top-3 in the 5k twice.
2021-22 Indoor (Freshman):
- Competed in six events (mile, 3000m run, 5k – 4 times, distance medley relay).
- Recorded two top-3 finishes (mile, 3000m run).
2021 Cross Country (Freshman):
- Competed in five races (8K – 4 times, 10k).
- PR in the 10K at the South Central Region Cross Country Championships (32:52.1).
- PR in the 8K at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open (26:30.8).
High School:
- Attended Highlands Ranch High School.
- Participated on the varisty track and cross country teams for four years.
- Was a team captain in his junior and senior seasons in cross country & track and field.
- All-State Selection in track & field in his senior season.
Personal:
- Son of Jennifer and Jason.
- Has two siblings (Grant and Kristina).
- Majoring in electrical engineering.
