Accomplishments:
  • 2024 RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Second Team All-Conference selection.
  • Selected as a 2023 RMAC Cross Country All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2024 Outdoor (Sophomore):
  • Competed in six meets. 
  • Finished in the top 10 nine times.
  • Qualified for the RMAC Championships in the 800m run and as part of the 4 x 400 relay team.
  • Qualified for finals at the RMAC Championships in the 800m run and finished in fourth overall, to earn an all-conference selection.
2023-24 Indoor (Sophomore):
  • Competed in six meets. 
  • Finished in the top 10 nine times. 
  • Won in the 800m (Mike Thorson Open) and in the 4 x 400 relay. 
2023 Cross Country (Sophomore):
  • Competed at the Black Hills State XC Invite, finishing in 47th with a time of 23:10.5.
2023 Outdoor (Freshman):
  • Competed in the 800m run and 4 x 400 relay.
  •  Season bests in both events came at the USD Early Bird (4 x 400 – 3:27.23, 800m run – 1:58.06).
2022-23 Indoor (Freshman):
  • Competed in the 400 and 800m run along with the 4 x 400 relay and the distance medley relay.
  • Set PR in the 400m run at the Myrle Hanson Open (52.48).
  • Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 800m run (1:57.40).
  • Participated in the 4 x 400 and distance medley relays at the RMAC Championships.
High School:
  • Attended Pius X High School.
  • Was an all-state honoree in track & field.
  • Academic All-Conference selection.
