• Holds the #2 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the heptathlon (4790 points).
• Holds the #10 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the shot put (14.72m).
• Holds the #10 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 1000m run (2:50.74).
• Holds the #6 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 55m hurdles (9.10).
• Holds the #9 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the discus throw (46.44m).
• Holds the #2 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the decathlon (6325 points).
• 2023 RMAC Outdoor All-Conference – First Team (Decathlon).

• Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 at the RMAC Championships in the Decathlon, finishing 2nd (6325 points, All-Conference – First Team).
• Won the discus at the Loper Invitational, also setting a Hardrocker top-10 mark (46.44m).
• Ten top-5 finishes (4 x 400 relay – 3 times, decathlon – 2 times, discus throw, 100m dash – 2 times, long jump, shot put).

• Recorded one top-5 (Heptathlon – 2 times, 55m hurdles, high jump – 2 times, 60m hurdles – 2 times, 800m run, long jump).
• Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 55m hurdles (9.10) at the Wyoming Power Meet.
• Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the heptathlon at the RMAC Champioinships, finishing fourth (4790 points, All-Conference – Second Team).

• Recorded four top-5 (discus throw, 4 x 400 relay, decathlon – 2 times).
• Finished fourth in the decathlon at the RMAC Championships (All-Conference – Second Team).

• Recorded four top-5 finishes (4 x 400 relay, heptathlon, long jump, high jump).
• Competed in the heptathlon at the RMAC Championships.

• Was a team captain at Powell County High School.
• All-conference and all-state honors.
• Academic all-state and academic all-conference honoree.

• Son of John and Sheila.
• Has one sibling (Margaret).
• Sister, Margaret was also a member of the Hardrocker Track & Field team prior to graduating.
