ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Tavian Tumbleson was hired as tight ends coach and an operations role in August of 2022. In May of 2024, he became a full-time coach when he was named the offensive line coach. 
  • Tumbleson helped tight end Henry Dryden to post one of the best years for a tight end in the RMAC and nationally in 2023, helping him earn All-Super Region 4 Second Team honors.
  • Dryden was also named RMAC First Team All-Conference honors, catching 34 passes for 422 yards and seven touchdowns.
  • Tumbleson was a fullback in college and played his first two seasons at Iowa Central Community College before transferring to Division I Abilene Christian University and finishing up his career at the University of Sioux Falls.
  • While at Abilene Christian University, Tumbleson was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
  • In addition to duties as a football coach, Tumbleson is the head of transportation for all teams along with working with the external vendors in this area. 
  • Tumbleson earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Abilene Christian University (2021) and is currently attending the University of Sioux Falls enrolled in the M.Ed program for Higher Education.
