Prep: 

• Attended North Platte High School.
• Played three years along the offensive and defensive lines.
• In junior and senior seasons, played 18 games and started 16 on the offensive line.
• Played in 25 games, starting 14 games on the defensive line, recording 42 tackles.
• Allowed zero sacks and zero quarterback pressures in his junior and senior seasons.
• Two-time all-district selection.
• Also competed in wrestling, basketball and track, earning one, two and three letters in those sports. 

• Son of Casey and Sarah.
• Has one sister (Makenna).
• Cousin, Chris Dishman played collegiately for the University of Nebraska and in the NFL for the Houston Oilers, Washington Redskins (now, Commanders), Kansas City Chiefs and the Minnesota Vikings. Chris currently is the head coach at Division I, Texas Southern.
• Majoring in mechanical engineering.
