RAPID CITY, S.D. --- The Hardrocker football team continues its tough schedule as it welcomes Colorado Mesa on homecoming Saturday for a 9:00 a.m. matchup.

1. The Hardrockers have recommitted to the ground game in 2023, after not having a great year in 2022 running the ball and through two weeks they are second in the RMAC in rushing with 312 yards and 156 yards per game.
2. The offense is averaging 27.5 points per game, while the defense is allowing just 21 points per game.
3. On both offense and defense, the Hardrockers are third in yards per game, gaining 395.5 yards per game, and allowing 339.5 yards per game.
4. The offensive line has allowed just two sacks, the second-best total in the RMAC.
5. Offensively, the Hardrockers have been very successful on third downs, converting 48.1%, the best mark in the RMAC and 17th at the NCAA Division II level.
