DENVER, Colo. --- The Hardrocker men's golf team opened up play in round one of the Writz at Mile High, played at Bear Creek.

The Hardrockers had a slow start as they finished the day with a 419 with five scores counting on a par 72 course.
Tyler White and
Joseph Vincent led the way for the Hardrockers, shooting 79 and 80 for +7 and +8, as both sit in the top-50, while
Supawich Boonta shot an 85 to come in the top-60.
Ramey Lloyd,
Brycen Farris, and
Everette Carrol (playing as individual) shot 87, and matching 88s, while
Braydon Jones finished just behind them with an 89.

Round 2 tee times are not available yet on Birdie Fire, but play will continue on Monday morning in round 2.
