COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. --- On Monday afternoon, the RMAC selected and announced its player of the week selections for men's basketball.
 
Alejandro Rama was selected by the schools around the league as the honoree for RMAC Offensive Player of the Week.
 
Rama who missed the first semester has played excellently since his return, and this week is recognized for it after helping to lead the men's basketball team to a sweep over Regis and UCCS.
 
On Friday night, Rama was the game leader, scoring 29 points and also adding seven rebounds, shooting 10-18 and 4-9 from three. Saturday, he recorded a double-double, his first of the season. In leading the Hardrockers to victory, he scored 17 points, adding 10 rebounds and 2 steals.
 
In RMAC play, Rama has been one of the better performers in the league, averaging 18.1 points per game (6th RMAC), on 47.4% shooting from the field and 37.6% from three-point range. Rama also averages 2.4 assists per game, and 1.5 steals per game.

This weekend, the Hardrockers are back at home for the final time of the 2022-23 season, taking on Adams State and Fort Lewis. Saturday night against Fort Lewis is senior night.
