DENVER, Colo. --- The South Dakota Mines men's golf team teed off its season at the Bob Writz Invitational on Sunday afternoon.

As a team, the Hardrockers finished the day with a 391.
Jake Francis led the team and sits just outside the top-109, shooting a 1-under 71.
Joseph Vincent,
Supawich Boonta,
Roger Nakagawa,
Braydon Jones, and
Ramey Lloyd rounded out the team, shooting scores of 75, 79, 82, 84, and 88.

The men will tee off for day two tomorrow, hoping to make a move up the leader board.
