COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. --- On Wednesday afternoon, the RMAC selected and announced its' All-Conference selections for men's basketball.
Kolten Mortensen,
Alejandro Rama, and
Brevin Walter earned recognition as honorable mention selections.
Mortensen was one of the better all-around big men in the conference, scoring 14.6 points per game (17th RMAC) on 52.4% (9th RMAC), and grabbed 7.5 rebounds per game (5th RMAC). Mortensen also earned the RMAC Defensive Player of the Week award earlier in the season.
Rama was one half of one of the better guard combos in the conference scoring 15.1 points per game (14th RMAC), 5.3 rebounds per game (18th RMAC), shot 45.4% (20th RMAC), and led the conference in 3-point shooting, hitting 43.2% Rama earned an RMAC Offensive Player of the Week award earlier in the season.
Walter was the other half of that combo, averaging 16.9 points per game, and turned it on once the calendar flipped to 2022, averaging 20 points per game through the remainder of the season. Walter did a lot of damage from the charity stripe, shooting 80.8% on over 4 attempts per game.
