1. The Hardrockers have one of the better passing offenses in the league, averaging 352 yards per game, the second most in NCAA Division II.
2. The offense does a good job converting on third and fourth downs, converting 43.6% of the time on third downs (2nd RMAC), and 58.8% on fourth downs (4th RMAC).
3. Overall, South Dakota Mines has 171 first downs, putting them in sixth in the NCAA and leading the RMAC.
4. The 460.1 yards of total offense is sixth most in NCAA Division II. 
5. Defensively, the Hardrockers get after the quarterback and stop the run, sitting in 16th nationally with 3.29 sacks per game and allowing 100.9 rushing yards per game for the second best mark in the RMAC
