- Cassie Kosiba served as the Interim Athletic Director from 4/2/2024-6/27/2024 named the Interim Athletic Director at South Dakota Mines on 4/2/2024.
- Initially hired as Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations and Senior Womens Administrator on July 11, 2019, Kosiba also earned a promotion to Senior Associate Athletic Director in 2023 and is currently in her fifth year at South Dakota Mines.
- In addition to the above, Kosiba also serves as the Title IX Deputy and the NCAA Athletic Diversity & Inclusion Designee within the athletic department.
- Advisor in the creation and operation of the following student-athlete-led organizations: Women's Hardrocker Organization, Hardrocker Ally Association, the Beyond the Game Fundraiser, and the Hardrocker Wellness Group.
