ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Austin Rose was hired in 2021 as the safeties coach and is in his third year.
  • Kaleb Tischler repeated his 2021 season, guided by Rose to be selected to his second RMAC All-Conference Honorable Mention honor.
  • The Hardrockers defense allowed opponents to complete just 56.4% of their passes in 2022, second in the RMAC.
  • Following the 2022 season, Adrian Eastman was named to the RMAC All-Conference team as an honorable mention.
  • In his first year, Rose coached Kaleb Tischler to an All-Conference Honorable Mention Selection, recording five interceptions in just six games.
  • Rose spent his first two seasons as a coach with Midland University from 2019-2020 as a running backs coach.
  • In 2020, running back Keenan Smith was named GPAC First Team and H-Back Max Wold was named to the second team for the second straight year.
  • In 2019, Wold was named GPAC Second Team.
  • Rose played football at the University of Nebraska, earning his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice (2018). He would go on to receive his master’s degree at Midland University in adult and organizational learning (2020).
