Accomplishments:
- Holds the #6 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 3000m run (11:16.21).
- Holds the #9 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor mile (5:41.92).
- Holds the #9 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the outdoor 5K (19:26.36).
- 2022-23 RMAC Indoor Track & Field All-Academic - Honor Roll.
- 2x RMAC Cross Country All-Academic Honor Roll selection (2022, 2023).Â
- 2022 RMACÂ Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic - Honor Roll.
2023 Cross Counrty (Senior):
- Competed in each of the Hardrockers six races.
- Best finish came at the Black Hills State XC Invite (19th, 16:59.8).
- Raced at the RMAC and South Central Regional Championships.Â
2023 Outdoor (Junior):
- Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 5K (19:26.36) at the Al Bortke Open & Multi.
- Set PR in the 1500m run (5:18.38) at the Bauer Open.
- Two top-5 finishes in the 1500m run.
2022-23 Indoor (Junior):
- Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 marks in the 3000m run (11:16.21) and the mile run (5:41.92) at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
- Set PR in the 800m run at the Stinger Open (2:42.85).
- Won the 4 x 400 relay (4:34.66) at the Myrle Hanson Open as the anchor.
- Finished in the top-10 five times (4 x 400 relay – 2 times, 800m run – 2 times, mile). Â
2022 Cross Country (Junior):
- Raced six times.
- Competed at the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
- Best 6K times came at the South Central Region Championships (26:03.9).
- Recorded a pair of top-25 finishes.
2022 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Ran in the 1500m run (2 times) and the 5K (2 times).
- Best times came in the 5000m run (20:03.86), and 1500m run (5:19.22).
- Finished in the top-10 in all four races.
2021-22 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Competed in the 3000m run and the mile (2 times).
- Participated in three meets.
- Best performance in the mile came at the Stinger Open (5:55.67).
- Two top-8 finishes (3000m run, mile)
2021 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Set PRs in the 5K (Fort Hays State Tiger Open – 20:42.6) and the 6K (South Central Region Championships – 24:54.6).
2021 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Competed in five meets in the 1500m run (3 times) and 5K (2 times).
- Best time came at the 2021 Central Nebraska Challenge in the 1500m run (5:29.15).
- Two top-6 finishes (1500m run, 5K).
2020-21 Indoor (Freshman):
- Competed at three meets.
- Best performance in the mile came at the Yellow Jacket Open (6:01.07).
- Finished first at the Chadron State Open in the mile (6:17.01).
- Two top-5 finishes in the mile.
2020 Cross Country (Freshman):
- Competed in three races.
- Season-best in the 6K came at the RMAC Championships (27:44.0).
