Biography
Accomplishments:
- Holds the #3 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 55m hurdles (9.92).
- Holds the #3 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 4 x 400 relay (4:14.69) as the third leg.
- Holds the #9 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the outdoor 4 x 100 relay (55.13) as the third leg.
- Holds the #10 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the outdoor 4 x 100 relay (55.18) as the anchor.
- Holds the #5 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the outdoor 4 x 400 relay (4:11.74) as the third leg.
- Holds the #6 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the outdoor 400m hurdles (1:11.25).
2023 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Ran in six meets.
- Recorded a seventh place finish at the Hardrocker XC Classic (26:34.2).
- Took 18th at the Black Hills State XC Invite (16:58.0).
2023 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Set Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 4 x 100 relay (55.18) as the anchor at the CSU Pueblo Spank Blasing Invitational.
- Set Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 4 x 100 relay (55.13) as the third leg at the USD Early Bird.
- Set Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 4 x 400 relay (4:11.74) as the third leg at the RMAC Championships.
- Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 400m hurdles (1:11.25) at the RMAC Championships.
- Two top-5 finishes (4 x 400 relay, 400m hurdles) and six additional top-10 finishes (4 x 100 relay – 2 times, 4 x 400 relay – 3 times, 100m hurdles).
2022-23 Indoor (Freshman):
- Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 55m hurdles (9.92) at the Wyoming Power Meet.
- Set Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 4 x 400 relay (4:14.69) as the third leg at the RMAC Championships.
- Won the 60m hurdles at first collegiate meet at the Yellow Jacket Holiday Open.
- Recorded eight additional top-5 finishes (4 x 400 relay – 4 times, 55m hurdles, 60m hurdles – 3 times).
High School:
- Attended Lincoln High School.
- Academic All-State honoree.
